its become a habit.
So I want/need a software program the limits my time using the web, to say 5 hours a day.
But the hours would only count when I am actually using the web, so say I have 5 hours a
day, 1 hour at 8am when I get up leaving 4, then 2 hours dinnertime, and two hours at 6 pm
to 8 pm. thats 5 hours spread over 12 hours.
Hope that makes sense.
